Guest house ZHERAVNA

Guest House in Zheravna village, designed in Bulgarian Renaissance style and furnished with furniture that are replica of chests of drawers, cupboards, chests, doors and ceilings of that time and characteristic for this region. For making the furniture we used solid wood – white pine with old aging technique called ‘removed curled spot’, with squares built in inside and playing the curled spot up and down on the horizontal and the vertical. We placed dark rust tint in the concave parts of the wood and finally sealed with varnish in strong mat. The result was this unique antique emanation of furniture in unison with every other accessories and fabrics, all bearing the spirit of the past, but giving the coziness and the comfort of our time.
