The Rhodes model is made of linden wood. The solid wood is treated with specific aging technique. The white aged wood is appropriate for Mediterranean style interiors. All furniture in the series can vary in size, so could be made from other wood such as white pine, beech, oak or walnut.
If the wood does not get aged but just a color mordant should be placed on top, it gets one more classical emanation.
